The NQ1H and NQ2H offers ultra-high I/O isolation 5000VAC with reinforced insulation, rated for 300 Vrms working voltage, CMTI 65 KV/μs at 1KV common mode voltage, low coupling capacitance and continuous short circuit protection which is suitable for IGBT application. Efficiency up to 82% and 86%.
All products are approved to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1
